Prakash Raj: It’s A Powerful Spiritual Role

Prakash Raj is playing a key role in Varanasi which is a high budget film directed by Rajamouli starring Mahesh Babu.

Initially Rajat Kapoor was chosen for the role but he exited due to creative differences. Prakash Raj later joined the team and completed a few shooting schedules.

He recently revealed that he plays a devoted follower of Lord Shiva in the film and there are rumors that he may appear as Mahesh’s father.

The film shoot is said to be 50 percent complete with plans to finish soon. Varanasi is scheduled for release on April 7th 2027.

Priyanka Chopra and Prithviraj Sukumaran play important roles and there are many roles which will be out soon.
